COO‑Level Leadership That Restores Operational Discipline and Stability
Financial control, operational execution, safety discipline, and maintenance leadership—aligned to stabilization and growth.
Financial control, operational execution, safety discipline, and maintenance leadership—aligned to stabilization and growth.
I have operated as a COO‑level leader in trucking and heavy‑vehicle operations, including holding the COO role in a $248MM company. I combine deep problem solving, team building, and strategy with disciplined process design and relentless execution to stabilize fleets and restore control to ownership.
My work focuses on turning chaos into predictable performance: clear processes, aligned leadership teams, and KPI‑driven operations that make cost per mile, asset uptime, and cash flow more stable and more visible. Fleet owners, lenders, and executives engage me when they need COO‑level oversight across maintenance, operations, and safety without adding a full‑time executive.
Most fleet failures are not traceable to a single department. They are the result of chronic misalignment between finance, operations, safety, and asset management—cash burns faster than expected, downtime quietly expands, compliance frays, key customers and vendors lose confidence, and leadership finds itself reacting instead of governing the business.
I operate at the COO level to re‑establish enterprise discipline end‑to‑end, bringing hands‑on executive leadership that reconnects strategy, capital, and day‑to‑day execution. My mandate is simple: restore alignment, confidence, and stability so the organization regains control of the metrics that matter—cash flow, uptime, safety, and service performance.
Over the years, it has become clear that strategy is abundant and execution is scarce—an issue amplified by AI tools that can generate endless plans but cannot put a single one into practice. As a former COO of a $248MM trucking company, I bridge that gap. I bring seasoned operating strategy and then go to the floor with your team to turn it into disciplined, repeatable execution from the shop to the boardroom.
My work is hands‑on and people‑first. I partner with your leadership team and frontline employees to align technology, systems, and processes while never losing sight of the fact that it is your people who execute the plan every day. In trucking—today and in the future—results come from leaders who can connect strategy to drivers, technicians, dispatch operations and finance in a way that is practical, measurable, and sustainable.
This engagement is focused on restoring cash flow discipline, execution, and control inside the entire enterprise. The objective is to move the business from reactive to predictable—without disrupting daily operations.
Assess & Align
I start by working inside the business to understand how the day to day is actually being executed. Review KPI's, perform a cash flow analysis, perform an operations execution review, perform a safety & risk assessment, perform a maintenance and CPM review, perform a review of personnel and their roles.
Priorities are clarified so effort is focused where it matters most.
Stabilize Execution
Immediate attention is placed on day to day execution across all departments. Alignment is critical, People, Systems, Processes = Execution.
Instill Discipline
KPI's developed as needed. Clear expectations, controls, and accountability are established across the Enterprise. A review of each area of the business is undertaken to ensure alignment to enterprise KPI's.
Sustain Performance
Once execution stabilizes, the focus shifts to maintaining discipline over time. Metrics are aligned to reality, People, Systems & Process are in place and tuned to execute with excellence everyday.
